  You may use our online form with specific information about individuals or entities who may be committing Medicaid or insurance fraud.   
  Report Through Our TipLine  
  To call in specific information about individuals or entities who may be committing Medicaid or insurance fraud use our toll free number, 1-877-55-FRAUD (1-877-553-7283). Calls are answered Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After business hours, a voice mail system will record your message. All telephone calls are returned within 24 hours.

  You may send e-mail (NJInsuranceFraud@njdcj.org) with specific information about individuals or entities who may be committing Medicaid or insurance fraud.  
  *N.J.S.A. 17:33A-9 provides immunity from civil suit for citizens who report insurance fraud in good faith and without malice.  But a person who DELIBERATELY gives FALSE information to law enforcement authorities commits an offense! N.J.S.A. 2C:28-4.
